Desert Rose Design is owned and operated by Alicia Giangiacomo. What started as a personal hobby, to vending at farmer's markets, to dozens of custom orders each week, this handcrafted jewelry truly speaks for itself! Ali is from Terlingua TX and has been making unique pieces of jewelry since 2005. Currently living in Austin TX, with her 7 year old daughter who also loves to create, Ali’s work is inspired by nature, her loved ones, and experiences from her life!

POLICIES
- The following terms are applicable for all products that You purchase with Us.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no exchanges.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

We are unable to accept any returned items that have been altered by a third party jeweler.

Custom-designed pieces, pieces personalized with text stamping and/or sale items are *final sale* and cannot be returned.
- Refunds are only accepted with an emailed description and photo of the product. Refunds will not be issued unless item is defected, this does not include natural wear and tear of the product or cracked/broken stones. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once the item is received, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can initiate a return by emailing desertrosedesignatx@gmail.com
