Desert Rose Design is owned and operated by Ali and Logan Campbell. What started as farmer's market booth in 2020, our handcrafted jewelry business has lifted off! Ali is from Terlingua TX and has been making unique pieces of jewelry since 2005. Logan has traveled the world and has an exceptional ability to bring ideas to the table, allowing us the create new jewelry inspired by our lives! We currently live in Austin TX with our 3 pets and 6 year old daughter who also loves to create in the shop with us!

POLICIES

  • The following terms are applicable for all products that You purchase with Us.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no exchanges.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
  • We are unable to accept any returned items that have been altered by a third party jeweler.

  • Custom-designed pieces, pieces personalized with text stamping and/ or sale items are *final sale* and cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are only accepted with an emailed description and photo of the product. Refunds will not be issued unless item is defected, this does not include natural wear and tear of the product or cracked/broken stones. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once the item is received, a 20% restocking fee will be assesed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
